When your order has not been shipped
You can request cancellation of your order
before your item/s have been shipped.
Usually order is shipped the same day, so
don’t delay in revoking the order. Please
note that we are using services of third
party payment gateway which levies 5% of
order amount as transaction fee. Your order
amount after deduction of transaction fee
shall be refunded to your account, which
shall be processed within 2 working days of
your request. It usually takes 15 working
days to credit back the payment and the
same shall reflect in your subsequent
statement/s.
When your order has been shipped by
courier
In case your ordered item/s have been
shipped but not yet delivered, you can
still opt to request for
cancellation
In this case
kindly do not
receive the packet
upon delivery.

Registered Post
Just in case your items are delivered to
you by registered post, due to
non-availability of courier service in
remote zone, please arrange to return the

only after the items are received back by
