What Is Moksha? (English)

There are different descriptions/paths to attain Moksha in Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism and similar religious beliefs. The common theme is enlightenment, salvation, freedom and/or liberation from the material world. Vedanta has its own definition of Moksha - which is "Attainment of bliss and eradication of all sorrows".
